Hachisuka
Masakatsu (1525-1585)
Son of Masatoshi. He successively served Saito Toshimasa, Oda Nobunaga, and
finally Hideyoshi, who had him nominated Shuri-daibu, and bestowed on him a
revenue of 10,000 koku.

Hachisuka
Iemasa (1558-1638)
Son of Masakatsu. He took part in the expedition sent by Hideyoshi to
Shikoku, and in 1585 established himself at Tokushima in Awa. He also took part
in the Korean war, and after his return resigned the administration of his
domains to his son. Iemasa was a Christian.

Hachisuka
Yoshishige (1586-1620)
In 1600 sided with Ieyasu; after the battle of Sekigahara, his revenues
were raised to 186,000 koku, and he received the title of Awa no kami. After
the siege of Osaka (1615), Awaji island was added to his domains, which raised
his revenue to 258,000 koku.
His descendants resided at Tokushima.
